and Leading across Cultures is a one-week introductory course aimed at examining key issues associated with working well in multicultural teams. Poor interpersonal relationships are frequently cited as one of the key reasons for team dysfunction, impacting
team and project success. This week aims to equip participants to be more effective and resilient team members by exploring our understanding of team dynamics. We will also look at the roles of followers and leaders, and how to identify and address problems
in creative ways.

Following and Leading Across Cultures is delivered alongside the Assignment Related Training course and typically delivered in November each year.
Following and Leading Across Cultures will run from 30 October to 3 November 2017.
