The course leader is Rob Hay, Principal of Redcliffe College. with additional teaching from members of the Redcliffe faculty and visiting lecturers.
The MA in Global Leadership in Intercultural Contexts is validated by the University of Gloucestershire.
The MA consists of four taught modules and an 18,000 word dissertation in a contemporary leadership issue of your choice. The modules on offer are:
CM1 Research Methods and Approaches to Missiological Study
GL1 Introduction to Global Leadership
GL2 Organisational Development and Cultural Change
CM2 Global Missiological Issues in Intercultural Contexts*
Assessments include critical book reviews, case studies and a reflection on your personal leadership style.
* it may be possible to study CM4 Crucial Issues for European Mission and Theology; CM12: Independent Study instead of CM2, subject to availability.
If you complete CM1 and GL1 only, you will obtain a Postgraduate Certificate. If you complete four taught modules but choose not to submit a dissertation, you will obtain a Postgraduate Diploma.

You have up to 4 years to complete the MA. The modules are offered in intensive teaching blocks with online support before and after each intensive.
Years 1 and 2: You attend either the three-week summer school intensive or several long weekends throughout the year. You will usually complete two modules per year.
Years 3 and 4: Your dissertation will need to be completed within the next two years.

Study GL2 and your optional module (usually CM2) during the three-week Summer School 2018
