Support teams and member care are more important that ever for teams working in high-pressure or cross-cultural situations in this complex world.
In this one week module, you will get the opportunity to sharpen your tools, not only to provide the best member care possible, but also to care for yourself and ensure you remain healthy and at full-capacity to provide the support required, when it is needed.
Whether you are in a member care department of an organisation, or are responsible for the pastoral and personal support of those who are in mission and ministry - this module will be essential preparation to ensure that when hard times come, everybody involved is able to weather the storm.
This module is delivered as part of our MA Summer School, and is available as part of an MA, PGDip or PGCert in Member Care; or you can take this module for non-validated audit.
This module is taught at a postgraduate level as part of our MA in Member Care.
