Jonathan Chaplin is joining the Redcliffe Summer School during week two, to deliver a lecture explaining the distinctive contribution of Christian statesmen and movements to the founding of what was to become the European Union, assess the current performance of the EU against Christian political principles, and suggest how Christians can contribute a critical voice to the future development of the EU.
