Muslim communities are found all over the world. They are vibrant hotbeds of spirituality, family and community spirit. For those working in Christian mission and ministry in these areas, there are distinct challenges and opportunities.
In this one week module, you will get the opportunity to wrestle with the complexities of mission where you live, in order to develop your understanding and empower what you do.
Whether you're working in a Muslim country, or in a Muslim community or diaspora in the UK or elsewhere, you will learn alongside people getting to grips with their context, and have space to focus on yours, too.
This module is delivered as part of our MA Summer School, and is available as part of an MA, PGDip or PGCert in Contemporary Missiology; or you can take this module for non-validated audit.
This module is taught at a postgraduate level as part of our MA in Contemporary Missiology.
In this module, students will have the opportunity to explore specific aspects of mission and ministry in Muslim contexts, and develop theologies and approaches to mission that will enhance and enrich the work they do, wherever they are.
